Paper tear help. Right tear. Do I move cable guard or rest? #archery

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

I am confused about approaching paper tuning when I see multiple solutions to similar problems.
Below is my current paper tear pattern picture.

Bow Elite Ritual 35, 60# 29" draw
Arrows are four fletch, GT Velocity 340, 28 inch, 130 grain target point

The bow was tuned by the dealer. He set the center point with some sort of laser attached to string that projected down the shaft.
Thus, I have not touch the rest settings. I have tried to move the cable guard away from the arrow to bring it in but it has not seemed to help much.

How do you know when to start diddling with the rest setting vs the cable guard setting when you are looking at a paper tear problem?

Help with ideas on how to move my box blind #archery

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

So I build an elevated box blind over the summer. It’s 6×6 wooden box blind sitting on a 10’ high elevated platform. I decided I want to relocated it to the opposite side of the field. Any ideas or thoughts on how I can move it? A few I was thinking of are 1. Rent a skid steer and try to move it that way 2. Jack up one side at a time and try make some type of ski out of 10’ 2×6 and drag it. 3. Or just disassemble it and rebuild it in the other location

Will all bow companies move towards carbon bows in future?

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

Just curious what you gents think about the carbon bows. Do you guys think every company will be making carbon bows in the next 5 or 10 years? I love my carbon Hoyt and think it’s a fantastic bow but I’m curious what you guys think. As a side note or side discussion what do you fellas see being the next big advancement in archery in the next 5 or 10 years. Seems like the physics of speed are getting close to being maxed out, or maybe I’m wrong and maybe we will see a big jump in speed in the next 10 years but I don’t see how.

Anyway, just curious what you guys think about current trends and where bow manufacturers are headed. Looking forward to hearing some responses.

Move nocking point or deal wih noise?

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

I am a new archer, and as with all of my hobbies, I’ve decided to jump in with both feet. I’m currently shooting a 2012 Vendetta DC with a QAD HDX rest, and it seems I have a choice of lining the arrow up with the berger hole, and dealing with the rest slapping against my shelf, or moving the nocking point up and having the arrow line up above the hole. I have done both, and have been able to paper tune for bullet hoes both ways. I’m a glutton for punishment, so I was going to try bare shaft tuning and wanted to find out how important it was to have to arrow lining up with the berger hole to do this? I’d rather not have the slapping, but would also like my bow tuned correctly. If it’s important to have the arrow lined up with the hole, I’ll throw some sound dampening product on the shelf deal with it.

I’m also considering moving to another rest which does’t have this issue, but would like to stick to a drop away since I just ordered some helically fletched arrows.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help (and for hopefully not making fun of the new guy).
