Venting on Hoyt, no offense. Limbs Splintering

My 2 buddies and I have been lifelong Mathews shooters. After months of lking about new bows and researching, we finally settled on 3 new Hoyt Nitrum Turbos. We’ve had the bows for about a month or two and are for the most part very satisfied with the switch. The problem is that 2 of the bows have limbs that are delaminating and splintering! Luckily not mine. 2 weeks out from the season . Called Hoyt and they said they’ll ship out new limbs which will arrive in a week. Bow technician, who we bought our bows from, said once he receives the limbs he could replace them within 3 days. I’m not bad mouthing Hoyt as they have been tried, tested, and a proven record of quality equipment. My issue is not only quality control of the bows that are shipped, but how could they not even offer overnight shipping for these limbs?! Don’t even tell me to clip the splinter and sand it. That’s not what I paid 1200$ for. Anyone else have an issue with these limbs splintering? If so, did Hoyt do better than "a week to ship" with their warranty?
