Quick cam timing question #archery

I have a Mathews Halon. The cams are 1/8" out of time.

How should these changes effect the cams?

Add a half twist to cable attached to the peg on the top cam. What does it do the the top cam? The bottom cam?
Remove half twist to cable attached to the peg on the top cam.

I’m not at home and was thinking about fixing this issue tomorrow. I guess if no one knows, I’ll go home and make a chart. I should have already done it.
Is there a chart available? I have found a few, but they aren’t really clear to me.

I am setting up my prime alloy, i have it so the center shot is tuned to hit dead center from 10-40 yds, and that is all the tuning i have bone on it so far. I have fletchings contacting the rest, they are only aae max stealths so they are fairly low profile, watching an arrow leave the bow in slow mo i see the rest dropping after the arrow moves about 3 inches, i am guessing that is to fast? After that i see the nock end of the arrow drop and brush the rest that is fully dropped and leave the bow nock low. Do i lenthen the cord on the rest to leave the rest up longer before i adjust nock or rest heights?

Help with timing a Anarchy HC

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies on Amazon.com

I purchased a Bear Anarchy HC and I do not think that I have the cams in tune. I would like for someone to post a picture of the cams that are tuned and point out what I need to look for. Any other advise would be appreciated, it has been a while since I had a new bow to set up.

Thanks

Cam timing issues… need some advice/help please

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies on Amazon.com

Ok i am in the process of trying to get my cams in time on a diamond infinite edge. I have the cams in time now but the cables have quite a bit more tension on them than they did when i started due to having to twist them. My problem is that it is putting a bit too much pressure on the cable slide and it is causing it to grip it and drag across the slide making a bit of noise and making for a not so smooth draw. Should i try and rleave equal amounts of twist in each cable until it relieves enough pressure to stop the drag or how should i approach this to keep my cams in time but eliminate the drag on the cable slide. thanks in advance to any and all help.

Fuel cam 1/2 timing

So, I watched the #papasedge videos on YouTube and made some adjustments to my Carbon Element. I am now at 24.5"dl, down from 25", and that has certainly made a difference in my anchor and helped greatly reduce the amount of contact the string has with my face. I still need to fine tune my peep location and put new serving on the control cable, as the change moved the string to a point where bare string hits the roller guard now.

Question on timing though. In the video, they talk about hoe the upper cam stop should make contact with the string about an eighth of an inch before the lower cam stop. Mine is now set that way. When I come to the back wall now, the upper cam stop seems to really be pushing against the cable. Is that right? It’s not pushing real hard, and I suppose it should push against the string because there’s still some movement before hitting the lower stop. Is that a accurate? Sure shoots like a champ now.

100+ shots on new string, should i get its timing checked again?

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies on Amazon.com

i had new strings and cable made up and installed and have put 100+ shots on it. with it being an alpine bow i was able to re-center my peep on my own but i’ve never replaced them before and am unsure if i should get my checked out again to make sure it is all to spec? it seems to shoot well, but to be honest i have changed from a strap release to a thumb release with a new anchor point so things have changed. i just don’t want to be causing excess wear and tear from something being out, as well as it be a quiet as possible. appreciate some experience advise, thanx
