Tree limb quiver or another removable quiver?

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies on Amazon.com

Looking for a new quiver. I remove when hunting, so not interested in tight spot quivers. What are the pluses/minuses to the tree limb, or is there another removable you can recommend, and why?

Thanks!

Elite 37 and 39 same riser, different limb geometry?

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies on Amazon.com

Ok, Im told the Elite 37 is the Elite Vic 39 with its limbs swept back several more degress to reduce AtA by an inch on both ends….If thats so…..is it just the Limb pocket, meaning components could be obtained and a 37 and 39 could be converted or is the riser angle on the ends of the riser set a steeper angle?

I just bought my first bow, but there’s a flaw on a limb. Is this dangerous?

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies on Amazon.com

It’s been strung and unstrung once, never fired though.

I’ve never owned a bow before and was reading up in how to inspect limbs for damage that can happen from use, what to look for. Delamination, splintering, and stuff like that.

I found a site recommending feeling over every inch of the limbs for any rough spots (there shouldn’t be any)

Anyway, I tried that with mine, which I just got and noticed a line on the side of the limb of a rough patch of spongy looking wood. (Or possibly just wood that has some deep pits that are full of foamy glue/air bubbles?)

Is this something that would be a problem, or just a normal thing?

This is a samik sage recurve.

Barnsdale limb replacement on a D350

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies on Amazon.com

Is it worth replacing the current factory limbs on my Destroyer 350 with Barnsdale limbs? My factory limbs are still good but…..for how long? It would be about $ 225 to swap them out but would the swap yield a better more reliable bow? The current limbs are in good shape but all the hype got me thinking. I like the bow I just don’t trust it. I’m hoping this conversion would allow me to keep using it worry free.
Your thoughts
Mike

Hoyt limb deflection for faktor 34, 55-65 lbs

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies on Amazon.com

Last month I ordered a new set of limbs for my 2014 Faktor 34. I first called Hoyt and asked what deflection would be needed for a 55-65 pound draw with #2 Z-5 cams. They advised me the deflection would be 114. So, I went thru my dealer, provided all the required information to include the 114 deflection. Just got a call that the limbs were in. Before making the 3.5 hour trip to pick them up I wanted to confirm the specs on the limbs. They looked and told me they were 112 deflection. Then one of the guys there said the 112 def were for the #3 cams. Not the #2 cams that I have. I there anyone out there that has a deflection chart for the 2014 Faktor 34? Anyone that can look it up to verify what deflection I would need to make a 55-65 pound draw? I found several deflection charts but nothing for the bow I have. I will try to call Hoyt tomorrow but in the mean time. Thanks for any help guys.

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies on Amazon.com

So let me start by saying I have a Chill X and a Chill X Pro. I’m waiting on some warranty limbs for my Chill X Pro and I have an extra set of camo 60lb limbs for a Chill X I could put on in the mean time. Has anyone done this or vice versa?
