Keeping wasps out of blinds? #archery

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

Anyone have any good ways to keep them from building nests in your blinds. My dad has one blind that every year about a month before the season we have to go clean all the nests out of it. I’m usually the one nominated for this job and end up getting stung at least once.

Ohio Bucks with Antlers in April #archery

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

I was shocked when I looked at my trailcam last week to see an 8pt still sporting his antlers on the 3rd. I did notice this buck on the trail cam a few times dating back to when the bucks were in velvet in bachelor groups. It seems like it may have injured its left eye, maybe from sparing. My first thought was maybe the injury had something to do with him not shedding yet. That was until I pulled my sd card today, and saw a different 4 pt buck still with his antlers disproving my initial theory. Attached are a few pictures of the 2 bucks, date being correct, and time being one hour behind because I never switched them forward with the time change.

This raises the question of what is the latest you’ve seen a buck still holding on to his antlers? Also what could cause them to still have their antlers this late?Click image for larger version.

I just recently bought a Mathews xlr8, and it came with an extra set of camo 70-80 limbs. is anyone interested in trading for some 60-70 limbs? or interested in buying them? just don’t need them, and I wouldn’t mind having a set of 60-70 limbs.

Arrow spine for daughter #archery

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

My 10 yo daughter is starting to get better and better every time we shoot. She’s shooting my 300 spine shafts now, and it’s not suitable for her as she has improved. She’s pulling 23lbs with a 21 draw. What spine arrow should I get? I can’t seem to find charts that fit her specs.

GT Hunter Pro question #archery

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

My current draw weight is 63lbs with a 31” arrow and DL. Tip weight is 100 grain with 14 grain GT insert. If I were to use a 50 grain insert with the 100 grain heads to gain FOC will I be way under spined? The charts only go to 125 grain head and its on the line. Is there another chart with heavier tip weights I can follow?

Lighted Nocks #archery

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

I really need help choosing a lighted arrow nock. I am using FMJ 5mm arrows, "X" size. I don’t care about price, just ease if use (turning in and off) and durability. Thank you so much for your responses.

Hoyt Powermax cams. #archery

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

Hi Folks I am new to the forums but not new to archery (20 years a Field archer) I hope I am posting in the correct forum! My question is where can I find more information on the Hoyt Powermax cams. I am particulary interested in the bearing and axle system used, is it ballraced or phospher bronze or nylon? Thanks.
