I don’t usually do this but in appreciation of the customer service Jeremy provided to a friend of mine when he ordered the wrong strings, I thought it was worth mentioning.
A friend ordered new strings for the wrong year of his PSE Drive. When I reached out to Jeremy just getting confirmation of what we ordered (my buddy deletes all his emails …for some reason, so we didn’t have the acknowledgement email), he immediately offered up a trade, the wrong strings that were ordered for the correct ones. In just a few short days we received the new strings.
So again I want to thank Jeremy at Archeryshack for being such a stand-up guy, so thanks again. I think this goes above and beyond expectations and I certainly do appreciate it.
