Paper tear question/help #archery

Need your guys opinions. I’m sorta new to bow hunting and trying to get everything setup correctly. I’m shooting a carbon defiant set at 58lbs. Bow was timed by Frank Addington 2 weeks ago. I’m shooting 28"arrows with a 27.5 draw. I’ve been shooting Max Red SD 250 with a finished weight of 415. When I shot though paper I’m getting a tear up slightly to the right. I increased the weight to 440 and the same tear in the same place. (See photos).
I switched arrows to a FMJ Carbon with an arrow weight of 440 and I was getting a tear that went down. I bumped up the weight to 465 and I’m getting the same tear that goes down. (See pics). I’m not sure where to go from here. What would be my next step? Which arrow would be best, why and what do I do to correct my tears? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks guys
