Getting ready to purchase my first target sight setup and I’m wanting to try a scope with a center drilled lens. For anyone who shoots a center drilled lens is the fiber visible without using a light? I’m thinking of going with a 35mm scope, I plan on using it for everything. I’m ordering a DS advantage sight and I’m basically trying to decide between getting one of his scopes, a used scope, or an ultraview 2 scope. The DS advantage scope will cost an extra $ 30 for the light adapter and it looks like most light kits are around $ 100. The ultraview 2 comes with the built in light but costs $ 200. Don’t want to end up ordering a whole setup then realizing it won’t work without adding a light kit.
