Finally got back into last year about this time. Going to climb back in a tree again this year (was 17 the last time I got a deer).
I can’t believe the technology and the power in the more modern bows.
Anyway to my questions:
I am shooting at 70 pounds with black eagle x impacts so far so good but want to shoot indoor 300 this winter. I have noticed those arrows often go through the bail and into the plywood back stop. So here is the question I am looking at getting arrows for indoor, fat ones but can’t seem to find anything that will go long enough. My draw length is 31.5. My thought is the fatter arrows will slow down in the target quicker and may cut an extra line here or there. Any suggestions on arrows to look at? So far it looks like all are about max of 30"?
The second question is about lighted nocks. Anyone found some that they really like in the skinny arrows mine have .165 inner diameter. Any suggestions at which to look at?
Thanks
