He was a mess. His arrows were all over the place, he looked awkward and he slapped his arm multiple times. Sam is a very good athlete too. He asked me what to do and I said before we came here and found out you were left eye dominant you didnt do too bad back at the gym and I told him to switch back to right and close his left eye.
By the time we were done he was shooting very well, didnt look awkward and more importantly never slapped his arm.
So I have a hard time, as a coach, telling a kid he needs to switch the bow to match his eye dominance. I like to lean on hand dominance over eye dominance. Is that a bad thing?
