Has anyone hunted in fort Carson? My buddy is stationed out there and apparently they let people hunt. I would like to go this year for elk. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with it? If so, is it worth it? Or am I better off going on public land? This would be my first elk hunt so any info would be greatly appreciated.
