Another Newbie Saying Hi.

Discount Prices on Archery Supplies Right Here

Howdy everyone. New archer here looking to get started up traditional. I figure best learn the old ways so that if I do move on to Compounds I’d be better off. I don’t have a bow of my own yet, I’m looking at either a Bear Montana longbow or a Martin X-200 Recurve. From what I’ve read on this sight I think I’d be best served with either a 40 or 45# bow regardless of design. I come to that conclusion from drawing my father’s 60# compound. I’d like to hear from some more knowledgeable people before I spend the money on a bow on what they would suggest as a good starting point. Longbow or Recurve, 40 or 45#. I’d like to be able to hunt with it eventually and I don’t have the funding to buy multiple bows. So what would be my best "bang for my buck". I’m also open to other suggestions as well.
