For some reason the search box is not working for me, so I couldn’t find any info to answer my question.
I recently did the unthinkable, dry fired my Elite Synergy. Ouch! Just not paying enough attention to my shot routine I suppose. The only visual issue in the aftermath, was a derailed string and non-existent cable-slide.
Nothing looks broken or damaged. I’ve dismantled the entire bow, and checked everything with a magnifying glass for possible cracks etc. Also did the cottonball trick on the limbs to check for cracks/splinters.
The cams appear straight and true, the axles are also perfectly straight. The only issue is the cam bearings, one feels a bit sluggish in rotation.

Is it possible that I escaped mostly unharmed? Other than maybe replacing the cams, and definitely new strings/cables, should I be looking for other damage?
Thank you for any input or suggestions.
